Ekiti PDP Suspend Assembly Members For Divided Loyality

The Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State has suspended its members in the House of Assembly who were suspected to be loyal to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and State Governor, Kayode Fayemi.

According to the statement released in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital by the party's  Publicity Secretary,  Jackson Adebayo. 

The following people were suspended for their anti-party activities;

They are: Posi Omodara, Segun Adewumi, Fajana Ojo-Ade, Badejo Anifowose, Olayode Omotoso, Cecelia Dada and Olanrewaju Olayanju.

Flood: Ondo Assembly Calls For Sensitization Of Residents Against Illegal Waste Disposal

By Adeboye Ado, Akure  Fountain Newsbreaker Following the incessant flooding across the State, the Ondo State House of Assembly has called for sensitization of residents on the effect of improper waste disposal. The house unanimously made the call at a plenary presided over by the speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji on Tuesday. The house also warned inhabitants of the sunshine state to desist  from dumping refuse on waterways across the state.
