Olujimi
This being a Press release by Senator Abiodun Olujimi, a former Deputy Governor of Ekiti State to Governor Ayodele Fayose and a governorship aspirant under the People's Democratic Party (PDP). She recently Stepped down for another aspirant In the PDP, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye.

Here is the release:

"My very dear friends and patriots, especially those who call themselves: Biodun Olujimi Team BOT, I salute you. I salute your courage and sagacity.  I thank God for your lives and absolute commitment to our joint cause.

What we craved for was simple: an all incusive party that respect us as an integral part, a party that is just and fair. A party that gives a level playing field and treats all as equal partners.

We tried. What we got was vilification, invective, libel, rained on us, our family and our followers!! It is difficult to believe we belong in the same group!! All in the name of installing a candidate!!   a We did our best. We jolted even the most astute!!!

I thank you for weathering the storm. It is all for good.  Our team will never debase any human being for cheap gains. We came out with our integrity and commitment to decent party ideals intact!! Victory is not only about winning but the quality of it.

I salute Prince Dayo Adeyeye. He is such a gallant and hard working gentleman! Little wonder he did exceedingly well as Nat Pub Sec of our party in the NCC! I salute his committed followers.

We have done our bit to show that no man has a monopoly of wisdom and God's grace.  I believe we will take a deep breath and soon convene a  meeting on the way forward. Once again I thank and appreciate you all. May God meet you at every point of your need. E se pupo."

 Signed:
Biodun Olujimi,
Senate deputy minority whip.
