Reps Hopeful, MKD Organizes Grand Finale Empowerment

A leading House of Representatives Aspirant in Ekiti South Federal Constituency 1, Mr Makinde Araoye is organizing the grand finale of his empowerment programme which he started four years ago.

Speaking with Fountain Newsbreaker reporter, the Ilawe Ekiti born aspirant disclosed that the programme will take place at Ise-Ekiti on Monday September 30, 2018 at 12 noon.

According to him, people from the three local government area that constitute the federal constituency will be there to receive various empowerment items. The local government areas are: Ikere, Ekiti South West and Use/Orun Local government areas.

According to Araoye popularly called MKD, "while Some other aspirants may be organizing grand finale rallies, as for me I want to round off this phase of our empowerment which we started four years ago. Another phase will start very soon in Jesus nane. My life is a life of service politics or no politics and many people can attest to this."

He therefore enjoined many people from the constituency to come in their numbers as "there are enough items to go round the people.". A lot of politicians in the federal constituency have thrown their weight behind this young aspirants. Among them are: former Chairman if Ikere Local Government, Otunba Bisi Aloba and the great industrialist, Otunba Kayode Fasae known as Jimlas

Primary election for the APC House of Representatives will come up on Wednesday September 3rd, 2018.

ANA Faction Loses Court Case, Risks Being Docked For Contempt of Court

The National Executive of a faction of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) led by Mr. Camilus Ukah has lost its bid to challenge the jurisdiction of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, in a pending originating summons against them and the faction it constituted for Abuja, under the Chairmanship of Mrs. Usman Halima.
