He/she must possess first degree in accounting,finance, business or other related discipline.
A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a reputable company
Must not be above 28years
Must be a member of relevant professional bodies. (ICAN, ACCA, CIS)
Must have reasonable understanding of shipping/logistics industry.
Must have good planning, budgeting and forecasting knowledge
Possess good knowledge of some accounting software.

The word Change may seems to be an enormous word especially in political vocabulary whenever its uttered by politicians who have adequately studied the dynamics of power and its operational framework together with its effect on the masses.  Getting familiar with this sonorous sloganeering barely came four years ago. It was believed to have connoted a slogan that would send packing the then ruling party into exile for having failed Nigerians at large.
