Don't Run For Governorship - Aide Tells JKF

Former Secretary to Ado Local Government, Taiye Alagba has advised the Minister of Solid Minerals, Dr Kayode Fayemi not to run for governorship in the forthcoming election in Ekiti.

Alagba who was also elected councillor between 1999 and 2002 under the regime of Otunba Niyi Adebayo said:"all these people who are saying just keep following are merely deceiving Dr Fayemi because they can't claim to love him more than I do. He should be allowed to face his job at the federal level instead of distracting him. Let him stay at the top - ko duro soke sine!"

He noted that even among party members, the real grassroot members would not want any of the former governors to ridicule himself to contest for governorship saying that "most of those making this just keep following noise have no political base except to get themself busy with eye service"
